Hi, as with any benefit application process the vital thing is to understand the scoring scheme and where you think that points should be scored against that scoring scheme, explain why and most importantly evidence why, and that is where you bring in supporting information i.e. medication, diagnoses, independent medical opinion, treatment plans, therapy sessions, adaptations at home, aids used in daily living etc etc.

Evidence is key, without evidence, its just opinions.
