Hi I was wandering I'm now on DLA high mobility low rate care indefinitely but I have to change to PIP do they take into account all the letters of support that I used for DLA and the fact that I was awarded this indefinitely or is it like a new claim any advice would be appreciated thanks again for reading X

The DWP will treat your claim as a totally new claim, and you will need to complete the paperwork as such. Give as much detail as possible, with dates, details and medical reports.
Good luck with your claim - it took me 51 weeks from initial phone call to start my claim to my medical assessment.
