hi im feeling very poorly today not only fibro but shingles on top of it as well. fed up with the same four walls thinking if I have to stare at them any more there going to start padding them. lol trying to keep a sense of humor, its about the only thing that seems to be still working .help going slowly nuts.lisa

I know all about the 4 wall syndrome :shock: anything i manage to do im back to my bed having to rest but i do have a multitude of other illnesses on top to add to the mix :crazy: although you wouldnt think by looking at me :roll: the *you look well* thingy bob :crazy:
