Handmade skincare

Postby chookie » Sat Jan 26, 2013 1:19 pm

Hello everyone, I hope that you are feeling not too hurty today :-D I have decided to create a range of holistic skincare products alongside my Complimentary Therapies Diploma course at college, as the two go nicely together. It's a great craft to be involved in as it smells nice, they are free from artificial chemicals and they feel beautiful on the skin too. Here's a photo of what I have done so far... I will be venturing into soap making soon....

It is Flups :-D People need to have a chance to remove the toxins that the big companies try and force upon us as there is not much else to choose from on the shelves. Those with overloaded systems, like us here, need our bodies to try and heal without the hinderance of chemicals with names we can't pronounce :nono: I would like to think that I could make a difference, however small :-)

I know what some of the stuff has done to me over the years as my skin has always been very sensitive even pre~FM   I've tried really expensive stuff that was supposed to reduce the chances of reactions, things at the cheaper end of the market as they were supposed to have a lot less of the rubbish in them so supposedly less chance of reactions because of that, and the only ones that actually benefit from me trying them are the chemists when I have to go for yet more stuff to ease the effects of the reactions

:goodluck2: :goodluck2: :goodluck2: with it chookie :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: It will be interesting to hear how you go on with it :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:
