Fibro is like the wind. You can't see it and when it flares up it knocks you off your feet!

I wear Hotter shoes as the insoles can be removed so that I can put in my NHS orthotics

I've been wearing my ugg boots for the last 3 days when out and about and I seem to be in more pain... Hips and thighs are burning with sharp pains all over! Has anyone else found this? Guess I probably need to start thinking more about what I wear on my feet! (I'm a newbie to all this lol)

I adore Moshulu -not cheap but I buy in the sales and then the prices are good. If you have swollen feet try Cosyfeet. Just bought some for hubby and he loves them, and he's terrible to buy shoes for!
most of my shoes are flattish but I have kept one pre-FM pair -a gorgeous purple pair of heeled ankle boots. I just can't bring myself to get rid of them even though I know I'll never br able to wear them again.
There are these three things that remain: faith, hope and love. And the greatest of these is LOVE.
