How I eased my early morning wrist pain

Just thought I'd share something with my fellow sufferers. I originally bought some wrist wraps/aids a few months ago to help with severe wrist pain that I was suffering and have recently tried wearing them to bed to see if that would help with the severe pain and lack of strength first thing when I wake. Well after trying this now for the past couple of weeks, I can really say I have found a huge difference. Before trying this, I barely had the strength to push myself to a sitting position on waking, now it's so much better. Last night I fell asleep before putting them on, and my husband didn't wake me to remind me. This morning, what a difference! I had forgotten just how bad it can be! So i thought I'd share with you. If it's something that you suffer from, I know we're all different, then I really recommend you give it a go. I tend to sleep with one or both hands under a pillow so causing pressure, and this really has helped.
Stand for something or fall for everything!
