Aqua fit

I've always hated exercise! I find it painful and exhausting. However, in July I went to aqua fit. I found that it is amazing for helping with muscle stiffness and strength. It helps me loads, I go once or twice a week unless I'm feeling dizzy as I can black out occasionally.

That's great, any form of exercise in water is good for the muscles as supports your weight. Trouble is a lot of pools just aren't warm enough :(
