Brain fog

Postby Debbie1965 » Mon Mar 21, 2016 5:51 pm

I have just failed at my 2nd interview in 10 days. I just can't remember what I have researched and sometimes can't even remember the questions. It's ruining my life. I feel so depressed.

yes i get this , i feeel as though my thought process is a lot slower . Like when my hubby asked if we had shampoo i had to stop and really think about it because i knew id been shopping and knew we didnt have any. and of course i did and had used it on my hair the same day. my mind does just feel really foggy literally, its worse when im having a bad flare up

I struggle with this too - some days processing thoughts, talking or typing is just plain hard

It is so reassuring that I am not the only one with brain fog as it can be a bit worrying. :teddy-bear:
