Hi I've been suffering with some new symptoms.. and I have advised that it could be "silent migraines"
I wondered if anyone else has suffered with them what your triggers are and how you've treated and coped with symptoms
thanks clare x

Hi Clare

I don't have 'silent' migraines but I do suffer with chronic migraines which can be debilitating - severe pain, nausea, inability to tolerate bright lights or odours. I take tablets to reduce the frequency of the migraines and a tablet for breakthrough migraines.

Hugs

Hi Claire,

I went to the opticians as I was experiencing a kind of prism effect out of 1 eye. Do you remember those little kaleidiscope toys? Kinda like that. No pain at all. The optician said it was a visual migraine.

Much Love
