Due to start physiology soon. Does it help with muscle spasms.My lower legs are very painful currently.I don't know how to solve this problem. It can be difficult to walk.

Hi Bobby,

Do you mean Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy will work on stretching exercises so you can keep this up to help maintain muscle stiffness.

Get the Physio to assess your leg and they will let you know the best course of action. They may massage the muscle, they may not.

If muscle spasms are causing alot of dibilitation and pain then I would ask your GP for a short course of muscle relaxants if the physio in unsucessfull.

Thanks, I did mean physiotherapy. Yes I will ask my GP if it doesn't work.
