Postby Lorrie82 » Fri Jan 06, 2012 10:09 am

On the appeal form it ask if I have a representative if I haven't got one at the moment can I inform them if I manage to get one at a later date. Also does any1 know if u can get hold of all ur hospital records. As I would like to get some evidence from it but not sure if they will give me my records.xxxx

You are entitled to see all of your medical history but I think it may be difficult and costly to get everything. Your GP should have all the results from hospital visits condensed which may by better and cheaper :yikes: :yikes: :yikes:

You can put to be confirmed in the box regarding representative that should cover you :fingerscrossed: and :goodluck1:

You could try speaking to the Medical Records people at the hospital Lorrie, they should be able to help you re cost, info etc

If your dog doesn't like someone, then you probably shouldn't either

Hi just a suggestion but I am using Citizens Advice Bureau for my appeal they sort out everything for you like all reports you need. Hope this helps.
