When I went with my DH for his tribunal back in March the lady from CAB who attended with us said that the Appeals Tribunal are completely independent of the DWP/ATOS. She also said she got the impression from those she had spoken with that they seemed to be pretty annoyed at the fact that there were some very obvious disabilities being totally ignored by ATOS and the decision makers and there were concerns at the numbers of appeals being made as a result.

Just a pity that the Tribunal members don't voice these concerns in public.

Looks like we'll have to go through it all again as within 8 weeks of winning his appeal another ESA50 landed on the doorstep!

Thats whats happening alot. Many people are being caught up in this web of... appealing/tribunal and by time a result is given its time for another form!! :pull-hair:

Also i have been put straight back on WRAG yet it dont tell me for how long :-? so your always aware of that brown envelope re appearing :waiting:

Good luck MCT i hope you and DH dont have to go thro anymore appeals :fingerscrossed:

Had my tribunal last Friday and they awarded me the 15 points that was needed, received a letter this morning confirming this and have been put onto WRAG :-D
