Found this link, thought it might be useful reading for others who are having their medicals soon.

Got mine soon, am preparing all the documents to bring with me to get attached to the HCP's report. Going to bring in my various diagnosis letters etc so at least I have something slightly more tangible than my word that my body is messed up. Hope someone else finds this link useful :-)
