Hi its so annoying and stressful, i know im lucky to have my hubby who works there and can sort this all out. For me. The cab should be able to help and go with you to the tribunal. I phoned my consultant and he did a letter for me confirm my problems. Have you asked them if they will help. Most will now as they see how we are being treated and dont agree.
About 80% + of appeals are won by customers and if the gp has stated you are unemployable how can they dispute his medical diagnosis. Try not to worry to much and good luck. Ill see if my hubby has more advice when he gets in. :crazy:
