Dear Lola,

today is the day
if I don't send it off (recorded delivery) today it will be late
my brain storm is now all in one place on a few pages

and as usual I am nowhere where I would like to be with any forms
familiarised myself with my notes and will have a go on the online form
of course I am stressed to the limit but will not let it get to me :fingerscrossed:
trying a "left brain versus right brain" to keep me going

will try my best but will not get crazy over it
and then I leave it to God
think that's all I can do and let God do the rest/best

the possible outcomes are
- no face to face assessment, awarded
- face to face assessment, awarded
- face to face assessment, not awarded and then appeal
will I die? no
will stressing me out bring me anywhere? no
I just have to try to keep that in mind
worrying only harms me but doesn't has any influence on anything outside me or my home

hope you are doing well

til later
Lu

Hi Lu,

You will be fine, don't worry. They can't take our arms and legs from us can they as my lovely dad used to say.

Having worked within the Post Office Group, it is so much better if you post the ESA50 by Special Delivery. It will cost a couple of £'s more but it is a much more secure way to post valuable documents.

I subscribed to the Benefits and Work site this week and to be honest I should have saved the £19.95 because the majority of the information that you need to complete the ESA50 can be found free on the net.

Never pay to sign up to any site for their hidden information. I read there now and again and googled things people are asking and found the answers. Everything on that site and other paying sites have taken all the information from the internet.

I'm a google freak so if anyone wants to know something, I'll find out for you, free of charge.
