whoop whoop

Postby taffeeapple » Tue Jun 12, 2012 7:18 pm

I tol everyone on here that i had my tribunal date, that ws on 11th june. I was determined not to break down, however this woman came out of her tribunal sobbing and shaking ike a leaf. Her representative went back in to get the result and when she told her the good news she broke down again and i was crying for her. The i went in for mine determined to be so strong, but cried like a big baby, snot and all.
I was embarassed and kept on apologising. I did manage to get through the tribunal though and i won. I was awarded hrm and lrc. this is what i was getting a few years ago. I am over the moon.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me on here and for all your support and i wish you all good luck with your cases. Hang on in there and you will get the descission you deserve :-)

i think it means high rate mobility and middle rate care.......... and CONGRATULATIONS!!!

amazingly good news and to me its much needed, gives others hope to know that people with the same condition are winning their appeals.

Now treat yourself (first thing I would do is get my feet done!)

thanks for all your congrats. just to clarify which i am sure somebody has already done hrm is high rate mobility and lrc is low rate care.
Tribunal is very scary, and upsetting, but you must attend if you want the outcome that you deserve. no matter how ill you are feeling or pain you are in, i would still tell you to go. Make sure you have someone with you, whether this be a partner, family member or friend. I had a representative with me aswell.

Make sure you read your application form and take it in with you. You can use these as a ref to when they ask you any questions and yes they ask you loads. Keep answers short and to the point, but not roude. If you need a break then have one. If you use mobility scooter use it, even if its a short walk.

I dont want to overload you with information, so if you need to know anything else just ask .

I have been awarded it for 2 years, but hopefully wont have to go to tribunal again, if i do then bring it on.

Thanks once again
