Postby happychicken » Tue Jul 03, 2012 12:56 pm

HI MY GP REPORT FOR DLA COVERS ALL MY FIBRO SYMPTOMS, HE HAS NOT DETAILED MY SYMPTOMS AS FORM SAYS NO TO, BUT HAS SAID SEE RHUEMY LETTER WHICH LISTS SYMPTOMS. GP THEN QUOETS SYMPTOMS ARE FROM MILD TO SEVERE AND SO IS ABIT VAGUE. ALSO SAYS NEED HELP WHEN SYMPTOMS ARE SEVERE BUT DOES NOT SAY HOW OFTEN WHICH IS MOST DAYS WHEN RELATING TO SOME SYMPTOMS. I THIN K THIS MAY BE WHY I AM BEING REFUSED. ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME.

hi

please do not type in capital letters it is considered as shouting on the forum.

i would go back to gp and ask for him/her to change it
if you explain why there should be no problem :-D
