Bl**dy Postoffice.

Postby toplessbug » Tue Jul 17, 2012 2:12 pm

I have a major headache now.
Sent both ESA reconsideration and a budgeting claim in at same time on same day in a main postoffice box.

Rang up today and neither have been received.

So here goes round 2.

Wouldn't surprise me if the post office have been told by the government to either lose or shred DWP forms. Mind you, it does take the DWP several weeks to acknowledge receipt of the forms.

By the way, you can't trust the DWP advice help line, they may have your forms but haven't updated their records yet.
