ATOS medical marathon

Postby pamr100 » Fri Aug 03, 2012 8:24 am

I had my medical for DLA yesterday, and was in with the Atos doctor for an hour and 20 minutes! My daughter was waiting outside for me and was just about to go and ask if I was ok, I had been so long. She said she had sat and watched loads of people going in and out, and I was still in there.

Oh well, I did the best I could, now its just a case of sitting back and waiting for the brown envelope :fingerscrossed:

Hi pamr100,
Been there twice so know what you are going through. The brown envelope of doom i called it, :pull-hair:.
The first time i appealed and won, 14 months after the wretched medical. The second time in May, i was so ill, my blood pressure went toxic and they immediately sent me home by taxi, I got a letter 2 weeks later saying i'd been put into a support excellent news there then.

Good luck and hope you get a positive result... :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed:

Take care
