There is hope!!! I won!!!

Postby Just-JJ » Wed Oct 24, 2012 11:30 am

Dreaded brown letter arrived and was loathed to even open it......

The DM has overturned the decision and I am now in the support group!!!

There is hope, please please don't give up!!!!!

Glad to hear that its not all doom and gloom. Still waiting for my appeal sent it off in April with lots of supporting evidence, as yet I have heard nothing just have to keep sending in my sick notes every 3 months

Thanks all, still in shock really, just so relieved that I don't have to go through a tribunal!!

Just hope this gives others the determination to fight them - if anyone needs help putting their appeal submission together I'd be more than happy to help xxx

Brilliant news :-D

I too am waiting for the results of an appeal and am hoping to be put in the support group.
Can I ask what you suffer with and what you think got you into the support group instead of the working group. It makes me so angry that I was put in the work group especially as my last employers medically retired me! and I am now worse than I was then!!
This system stinks and puts us all under far too much stress, but it is so uplifting to hear some good news.
Hopefully you can relax for a while :-D

I love to hear some good news ...congratualtion I hope now some of the stress that the whole appeal system must raise will go and you can learn just to start over .

Might just take you up on your offer if it comes to that !

Thankyou all - I did treat myself, well kind of lol!!!

I have had my bedroom decorated, new furniture, all bargains of course (cheers amazon and idea) can't afford the new carpet or wardrobes that I desperately want, but it looks stunning, with the help of a few finishing touches (also bargains thanks to B&M homestore) :)
