Wow that's fantastic, well done you :-) I fought them for 18 months and still lost lol. Maybe at long last they are accepting that fibro is a serious illness :-)

Well done. I fought them last year for 9 months. Finally won through appeal and got lower mob. But after only 1 months money off them, they tell me I'm up for review this April. So had to fill all the paperwork in again. I'm still getting my money while they drag their arses and I just knowthat even though I won through court in Sept last year, that they'll not take any notice of that and refuse me again. And I've heard horrible things about PIP and how hard it is to appeal :(. X

Yes it is a sad state of affairs cos even if and when you win have to go through it all again when the pip system comes into place in april :( makes it a lose lose really :( but we must battle on.

Bonnieblue I have Bipolar as well, I was told I would get better results with my mental health than with Fibro. Its more recognised, wrong I know but that's the way they are. Fibro fog and Bipolar, don't know about you but my head is buzzing most of the time and I do need help with mobility and care, 1 for the pain ( which they find hard to recognise) and 2 for the fuz as I get confused :-? when out on my own. Don't give in, are you still under a psych? Let them know how fighting the case is effecting your health..... I'm going through the same. So GOOD LUCK! :-)

I really wish the people at DWP could have our aches and pains for just for 1 day
