Work reducing hours

Postby SaraFibro » Tue Apr 02, 2013 3:11 am

Does anyone know if work can force me to go part time from full time because of being off sick?

They shouldn't be able to, but it depends on their policy. Best thing to do is get copies of all policies and speak to someone at citizens advice. Many employers have a very negative attitude to even the best employees and its not right. I work in local government and I am having issues even when their policy states they should be doing everything to support me. Its not going to be easy, but hang in there and dont let them bully you.
