Do you mean if you have had a full year of payment?
I am wondering if after my first medical I have to appeal because I get 0 points, will I get paid during that time, I will have had around 3 months of payment at the most by then. Thanks again for any help.

You get the assessment phase payment while you are on appeal and if you win the appeal and go into either the WRAG or support group, it gets all back dated to the date you applied for ESA. Hope this helps

If you haven't done your appeal yet go into your local CAB and ask them to do your appeal, the form you need is a GL24, they have them at the bureau and they will also represent you and if they don't do representation they should refer you to someone who does. They will also explain what happens now and what happens at appeal :-D
