medical services

Postby sharon68 » Mon Apr 22, 2013 8:09 pm

I have recently received a form from the medical services,it says I may be required to attend a medical,I'm totally confused as I attended a medical last September and was awarded the full ESA,once I explained about my bladder problems she said we didn't need to take it further, she also saw the difficulty I had walking and offered to get a cab,she said I should have told them I would have to use public transport and said I couldve had a home visit or sent a taxi to collect me. Anyway is it usual to have another medical or fill in these forms so soon after being accepted? I'm really worried about this as I've had no letter to say they are looking at my ESA.

hi Sharon,

sorry for the late reply
could you solve the puzzle?
did you have a look at the letter which granted you ESA?
did it give you a date stating how long you will receive ESA and which one?
contribution based or income based?

all the best
