.

Hiya All

wonderd have has got any advice pls. I had a review 14 mths
ago and won my appeal to be placed in the support group. My
review came up again some 5 weeks back.so cmpleted IB50.
medical questonnaire.

i sennt in with my form a lot of medical evidence, consulant
reports etc,to back up my review.
thenat the wkend. The evenlope arrived.

didnt want to Open it so ask my husband. Found out
i had been moved from Support Group to Work' Related Group!

Going to phone for statement of reasons and Appeal the decision again!
Has this happen,to anyone else, who was already in the Support Group?
hoping for some advice,I cant understand WHY the decision
make decided to put me in WRAG
, when I was already in the SUPPORT GROUP!

AS my medical conditions has not improued in 14mths.and if
anything it got worse C.A.B had also helped fill in the reuiew
form,mediacal questionnaire.so had advice.

Last year, ATOS REPORT stated I was not capable of any type of work.
i won appeal.as DWP had put me in the WRAG,and hadnt taken
note of recommedations.

will see what reason they had given this time around.as to
why the moved me groups.:-(

Any advice welcome.;-) pls.

thanx everyone.x

Happened to me too, won my appeal and put in support, had my next assessment ans they put me in wrag, so im asking for an appeal/reconsideration. I think they do it so they can get as many people off support as possible, but still keeping them on it which is stupid, because like you and me and so many others, our conditions have deteriorated since our last assessment
