Congratulations on winning, it's always good to hear when something like this goes the right way :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

When you made your initial post, you duplicated it. There were replies on both of them but I think I've managed to sort it out and get it all merged into 1 topic, but as I can't re~order the way the posts are merged together, it may read a little disjointed.

Well done .................. really happy for you

Lets all keep up the good fight............We can win!! xx

(I myself have my ESA tribunal next month...(14 months later), and I have asked for a reconsideration of my DLA award on mobility side, I will appeal it if they ignore my needs again, so I'm right in there with everyone fighting for what we are entitled to)

hjlinton.....So happy for your news!

For everyone who is fighting, don't give up. It took ten years for my settlement. After a few years it became to me more about the facts, the fairness and that I could win, beat the big guys, than the money. I held on to the facts and the truth. Knowing I was entitled. Having another government agency helping me was another bonus, saying from the start I should get 100%. Just keep the thought you will get what you deserve, honesty wins. It also felt good getting 10 years back pay, tax free LOL.
