I won my tribunal yesterday under reg 29 will I go on to higher rate and will I get my backpay of 10 months thanks

great news... enjoy and make sure you have a massive treat. i had to wait 14 months and my back pay paid for a trip to Canada to see my darling child xx

I had my backpayment last week and am having my bedroom redecorated :-D

Cant believe it took you 14mths to recieve your back pay what possible reason is there for that :(

oooppssss sorry brain fog>!!! should have said i had to wait 14 months for my tribuneral and 4 months for my back pay.
