Fightback - Help to get whats yours

Postby Fibro-Liz » Sat Apr 19, 2014 7:17 pm

I came across a wonderful group called Fightback, they have assisted me in filling out my forms for PIP and ESA, and came with me to the assessments. They have a facebook page https://www.facebook.com/FightBack4Justice?fref=ts

They are well worth a look, they don't just help with forms, they can help with a wide range of other things, benefit advice, industrial injuries, appeals and many other things.

Fightback have had quite a few mentions and recommendations on here over the past few months for the amount and quality of work they put in to each case they take on.

Definitely a good organisation to know about :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

I would have been in a mess without them, they've helped me so many times and are continuously available for support, I take my hat off to Michelle the main lady, she does it all with no pay

Appeal the decision in the first instance, get as much paperwork from your GP and specialists as you can. Contact Fightback and they will help you with the appeals process

Contact the DWP and ask for the decision to be looked at again. A lot of the time this will be sufficient, especially at the moment as they are trying to get the waiting times down.
