helloooo everyone....is this correct we mite be able to get a disability eleemnet without DLA if the dr can say we have a problem with things in our life ????

if your talking about tax credits then you need to be in receipt of DLA or PIP to get this

Not sure what you are trying to claim. But as the person said if it is tax credits then you have to be on DLA/pip. If you are trying to claim ESA then you have to fill a form out and have to go for a assessment. Not sure what else there is you can claim.

To qualify for the Disabilty Element of Working Tax Credits, you either need to be working 16 hours a week and be in receipt of ESA, or not working BUT in receipt of Highest Rate of Care (DLA) / Enhanced Rate of Daily Living (PIP).....this is known as Severe Disability Element.
