I Won My Appeal

Postby AriesDemigod » Mon Aug 25, 2014 7:16 am

After so much worry and agony, I won my Appeal against the ATOS Zero Points Scam. The Judge was a nice lady and the Doctor with her was a nice guy too. My housemate, who helps me with a lot of things on a daily basis, came along and had evidence of his own to give.

All went well but I couldn't help thinking that they're all in it together and no matter what I say or do, I'm going to lose. Paranoia and anxiety nail me to the floor every time.

Anyway, after 1½ hours the Appeal hearing was over. The Judge has give me full ESA in the Support Category for 24 months with additional back pay from the time the Appeal started. Scoring a whopping 21 points. Up yours ATOS & DWP! Yaaaaaaay :D

Start a new topic about needing to appeal, that way you'll get replies relating to it all in one place rather than responses being posted on this one and becoming muddled in with the replies to what the OP has said.

Cool. I got a load of zeros on mine and sent it back to them for their compulsory review and got lower rate mobility, but nothing else. I'm appealing to the court and I will be making a very long speech about how being there is wasting more taxpayers money--when all they had to do was give us what were entitled to in the first place.
