You could ask your Consultants/Specialists/GP for something in writing that explains what your position is wrt your health and the likelihood of working again. You would keep the original, and when necessary, provide a copy of it to whoever needs it when the question of working pops up again.

Yes, you'll definitely need to speak to someone to organise it BlueBerry. The admin/secretarial staff might be the best one to start with as they should be able to tell you if you need to see the doc before a letter like this can be sorted :cow-wave: :cow-wave: :cow-wave:

Glad to be able to help Blueberry :cow-wave: :cow-wave: :cow-wave:

With how long things have been going on for you, the number of times you've been in hospital, and everything else, you would have thought they should have a decent idea about how things are/can be for you, and make notes on the system that can be seen by anyone dealing with you instead of you having to go thru these different things try and get things sorted to a more sensible position for you.

Enough of my mumblings and moanings, think I need to go and hug my :teddy-bear: :teddy-bear: :teddy-bear: :teddy-bear: :teddy-bear:

Try not to worry about it Blueberry. I know it's a difficult thing not to do, but put it in a box right at the back of everything if you can. Obviously I can't guarantee that things will be done logically, but with you already having a plan/agreement in place, the most sensible {and easiest} way to go would be to carry on doing/using what is already in place rather than going all the way back and starting from scratch again.
