What is the disability pip? Does anybody know? And how to apply

If you are aged 16-64 and do not have a current dla claim you need to ring the pip application number that can be found on the gov.uk website. They will take your basic details (name, address etc) and send you a 'how your disability affects you' form. Fill this out and post back. The backlog at the moment is about 3 months to get a decision.
