Do I have to tell pip that my partner is my carer.
He as just became my carer.
Is this apart of change in circumstances.
Any advise please.

my partner is mine and i never had to tell them i even told them that my partner was my carer when i had a reassessment the other week.

Unless partner wants to claim for carers allowance then no. The other COC is if you need more care then what you stated then you can tell them this as award may go higher.
