Good news following tribunal

Postby shelby1975 » Wed Aug 19, 2015 3:43 pm

I'm not sure if this will be of help to you guys but I had tribunal this week for pip and won, I thought I had lost as I had a meltdown at tribunal and can honestly say I have no idea what I was asked or what I said!! I cried the whole time as judge told me off for not speaking up. They scored me 10 for mobility and 9 for daily living I'll get standard for both. I just wanted you guys to not give up hope as I've been seriously depressed for some time. Good luck to those who are facing this x x

Congratulations glad they gave you what you deserve. It's a horrible experience to have to go through. It is Society that disables us, not our long term health condition. Our pain and fatigue are debilitating, but if we got our rights in the first place, when needed, we wouldn't have to go through all this stress which makes our condition so much worse.

Well done xx
