Hi, it would never be awarded on a specific diagnosis, more on the effect on function that the diagnosed condition/s have

Sorry Sjc, just realised I didn't fully answer your question. In my wife's case the award of high rate mobility was based on the effects on her function caused by fibromyalgia, specific problems in the lower spine, and mental health issues. So across the two mobility descriptors she scored 14 points
