Think i've been a total numpty today!!!!

Postby toplessbug » Tue May 22, 2012 6:55 pm

Cos the weather was so good and I was feeling good I've done all the washing and got it dry on the line.
Now my legs and hips are killing me.
Think it's a shower then pills and rest. :needhug:

I think we all think the sun gives us a boost i know it helps lift our moods but the fibro still has the final say

Its something about the sun that brings out the cleaning in us  just wish i could do more than one thing a day, so many house chores needing doing but a painful achy body not letting me do it. :(

put some bedding in to wash but forgeot to take it out so hung it up this evening and dried within an hour.

went swimming this afternoon as a cool down, even though i had gym yesterday, so spent the time with my head laying on side whilst the little man enjoyed swimming underneath me and" teleporting" to the other side.

this weather certainly bucks us up on the settee now as usual.
