Thanks I will try the cup of tea method! I'm also in a profession that requires a lot of typing (I'm a software engineer) but I'm too ill to work at the moment.

Morning Louise,

I'm out of painkillers at the mo so I'm noticing all sorts of lovely symptoms they had been quelling! :lol:

My fingers are terribly stiff (I type in my job too. Usually on here mind), and this week I've been ladelling on this 5% Ibroprofen gel, asdas own, and it really is taking the stiffness out enough to let me at least type.

Will use the cup of tea method though as an excuse for a break :wink:

my fingers are giving it some as we speak trying to type up the report on what my condition causes and how it affects my work. Now if that isnt irony what is! (and dont be tempted to post irony is like brassy or coppery just made of iron!)
