I have not heard of the book you are talking about but I have seen and heard of others that are quite good....I hope you enjoy it.

I'm sure anything that brings together ideas on how to cope with this illness /syndrome is a good buy , so I hope you find some good ideas
I also haven't heard of it but was wondering if you could let us know what you think of it and if it was worth the price etc. almost like a crtical review , sometimes the words of a fellow sufferer are worth more than all the professional critics.

hi well the book arrived and yes i have just wasted £12 it didnt tell you anything that we dont already know,

and as for the exercises it sugestes well,

lie on your back with your arms streched out, lift your left leg and cross it over into your right hand,

then get someone to dial 999 to take you to hospital

i dont think i could of done this ever,

oh and see a phycayatrist who will motivate you to get fit and lift your mood,

and if you cant do a 2 mile walk try one first,

not meaning to offend the auther Chet cunningham but what a load of rubbish,

just someone making money out of others sufferin he isnt a doctor dosnt have it is just interested he says

take care xx

:waiting: I get so annoyed when things lke that happen , isn't it bad enought that we have this horris illness with out some people profiting from it. Then again I guess he could argue that anyone one on here for a while is probably too knowledgeable & not his target sudience

sorry you felt your money was wasted. :hugs:
