I have a flare up...

I know I don't pot on here often and feel quite guilty for not being a more established member who offers advie adn support to others but my life seems so hectic. I shall make more of an effort.

On the 6th of august I got rushed into hospital and on the 8th they removed a large dermoid cyst from my ovary and took the ovary as well. I was discharged about 5 days later then another 5 days later I was readmitted with more pain in my stomach. Finally got out last friday and have been taking things easy over the weekend but on sunday night I had a flare up of FM...

It has intesified to what it used to be before the op. I can barely lift my arms and I'm currently sitting slouched on the settee with the laptop on my knee as I type as sitting up is too painful.

I hate feeling like this and wish it would go away but it feels much worse since I had the op.

i have found it always takes someone with FM so much longer to recover from an op. Relax and hopefully you will soon be feeling much better.

HUgs Clare hope you feel better soon. No need to feel guilty, we are here for you and if you don't feel like posting then that's okay. I know how hard it is to think of anything to put when you are feeling rough yourself.
