Hi, I have had a flare over the last 2 days and then it's totally cleared up over the space of an afternoon. I was wondering if it could be the humidity? It was terrible past 2 days. Heat seems to help a lot with the shoulder aches and shooting pains down my arms. I was so tearful yesterday as so fed up with the pain, had a sauna session and felt great for about 30 mins after I got out and cooled down, then back to wanting to rip my arm off!
Does anyone else find high humidity makes their symptoms worse?

It is definitely the cold that gets me, never had any flares connected with warmer or humid weather, in my case is the opposite

I definitely think humidify affects Fibro, more so when humidity changes. I always say a Fibro sufferer is like a human barometer as we always know the weather is going to change before it actually happens. Hugs x
