I would like to add my heartfelt thanks too.
This site is an excellent method of finding support and good fun too.
I personally believe it helps me cope with every single facet of fibro. I particularly appreciate any advice from people who have suffered from this illness for a long time. The benefit of both their experience and understanding is a great help. Please keep up the good work.

Happy Christmas to Everyone and a Peaceful New Year too!

When I found this forum I was just going to try and gather information on what I may have......expecting it all to be doom and gloom.

Its not at all like that.

The folk on here show determination, humor and compation for others despite a very wearing condition.

Well done for a very uplifting forum and merry christmas to all its members.
