i am barely going out at the moment - other that shopping trips and i dont really have a lot of choice there as the other choice is starvation (if i let the men do it there will be only junk in the house and it will cost twice as much)

i play on zoo tycoon 2 a lot so am well aware of the problems with virtual animals lol - still at least it is real people on the forums and the debating keeps my brain matter stretched even whilst i wear out my delete key lol.

I talk to a really good friend when I'm down and she helps put thing back in to prospective.

If I can make other people smile that help cheer me up.

Random acts of poetry - went to my local for a meal the other day to cheer myself up a bit. There was a new barmaid working there she was really nice person to talk to she was still getting the hang of the job (still new to Barmaiding). Talking to her for a few minutes had cheered me up.

So after I has eaten my meal I decided to write a poem (on the napkin it was the only paper I could find) to say thank you. It made her smile and brightened her day and brightens mine a little more

apart from try to sleep when I havent...

I also use a DS I like puzzle games to try and keep my brain going, I spend a lot of my time on the computer as I find the chair comfortable to sit in..
I enter comps and have been quite lucky really..

I also go away on my own in my caravan, a scary thing to do alone but I have a motor mover that moves the caravan in to position on th ecar or pitch and another type that puts the legs down and levels the van...

The most I have to do is fill the water which is on a roller and plug the electric in..

its driving to a site that kills me lol I am ready to go again when I get home.
I love my computer because all my friends live in there....
