i have just had a roast lamb dinner with broccoli, carrots, green beans, mashed sweet potatoes, mint gravy, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and mint sauce.

Thats all i will have today probably because for the last 4 weeks i have lost all of my apetite and i had to make myself eat dinner even though i didnt want it.

Oh well could do with losing a few more pounds!!!

My parents took us out for lunch.
i had roast beef & Yorkshire pub :D .
it was not as nice as my mums though, but it gave her a break from cooking.

i've just eaten a banana and i will (as usual) be having watered-down baked beans in a jacket potato and some veg for dinner.

today is just the same as every other day, isn't it exciting

We watched my son play football this morning (he scored twice! yippee) absolutely pooped afterwards so we went out for an 'all you can eat' chinese - it was lovely and although we do really enjoy Sunday dinner it was nice to go out and not have the clearing up afterwards!

Had a really bad few days recently, been in so much pain, went to bed early last night (about 7.30) watched bit of telly, then needed the loo (not that you really wanted to know that bit!) tried to get out of bed and the pain was so bad, i cried for the first time. It really got to me.
