Postby cherryblossom » Thu Jan 13, 2011 10:27 am

Hi All, I'm really sore everywhere today, but cos I felt half decent yesterday went and helped DS out with the sheep! Why do we do this? Still, I have my first cbt session today so hoping it might help! Will we ever learn? :dunno: Anyway, take care Cherry :hugs: :blowkiss:

hi,i know what that feels like,as we keep a few sheep ourselves.when things kind of feel better i go and do things which i should not be doing.as you know,fm bites us back hard and then wonder why the hell did i do that.i think i am still trying to prove to myself that i can still do the things i used to be able to do(big mistake),should really learn to pace myself and really say no when i know i should.sorry but rabbiting on again.take care.ef :D
