Hi everyone, hope you're having a good day. I've been virtually housebound (except for occasional trips out in the wheelchair) for nearly 20 years with severe M.E. & fibro, but haven't given up hope.

Hi Min. Good to meet you. :)

This may be a stupid question but have you tried elimination diets and vitamin suppliments to help with your ME and FMS? I'd be interested in what you've tried. I recently found that the order in which you take stuff makes a difference. Vitamin C didnt help at all until I started taking zinc with it. Zinc on it's own doesnt help me much either, but together they work, so now I'm wondering if the trick is in combining stuff in certain ways.
Hashimotos, CFS, FMS, PTSD, Anxiety. Gosh, I have more letters than the doctors who diagnosed me!
