exmouth not to far from me, nice part of devon that! how long you had this awful FM, any good tips on coping with it? the dizziness gets me, hate it,

Hi guys,

Ive been diagnosed now since last august and its hard somedays to be posistve but i have to try because im only 28!! Not many tips on coping really the only thing that really helps me is hot water so i have a nice hot bath to relax n going swimming at my local heated pool which is fab.

hi michelle.........i havent been diag long, sept, but one thing i have found is a positive attitude helps me..........but believe me some days that is hard to maintain, which i'm sure you will understand why!.
I stopped counting birthdays after i reached 35.........but they still kept coming.15 more and still coming lol x (on good days, i still act like a teenager tho!)
nice and sunny today, brings a smile to my face.....have a good day michelle......and yes its nice knowing others around x :wave:

Hi Julie,

Hope you have been enjoyin the sunshine, this week has been a nitemare for me at work, i normally finish at 3 on a firday but had to work till 5 today as short staffed, has been hard going but at least the weekend is here wahoo!!

I think age is just a number, although im planning on staying in my 20s for the next 10 years if anyone asks lol!!

I do however have my wedding next week to look forward to cant believe its here already!!

Hello :wave: girls - another local here! Hope everyone is coping as well as possible in this increasingly cold weather - I have started using my stick again now :( - hate it, but necessary sometimes! I was diagnosed in May 2010 at the RD&E. Horrible, uncertain journey up to that point, but at least I was given a name for all those weird things that were happening to me!

Stay warm, pace and keep as well as you can :)

hi michelle and devon girls, sorry havent been on line for a while been busy, got married last august to my wonderful man, fm been good and not raising its ugly head to often but am struggling a bit with being low at times. but hey the summer is coming! hopefully be able to take off these fleeces and socks! lol
