Good News for a Change!!

Postby TNK* » Fri Feb 06, 2015 9:22 pm

its been a funny old week with stuff going down at work BUT

Last weekend, my youngest Daughter had the wards night for her Swim Club Championships which was last November, she is 12 and a pretty speedy swimmer, she gained 4 medals, but also achieved the award for Most Improved Junior so she now has a trophy with her name on it (which she will have to return after a year) but also one to keep....and she got the award for Most Dedicated Swimmer, which was out of all the swimmers in the club and there are at least 150 of them, this was based on attendance but also attitude and behaviour ..

fast forward a little bit to today, my eldest daughter passed her driving test this was her 3rd test and she was so devastated not to pass previously.
My youngest Daughter (the swimmer) came home today with a small trophy and a £5 voucher for winning a maths challenge at school, this was out of the whole yr 7 and Maths is not her stringest subject and she is in one of the lower sets, she she is feeling pretty smug about it

And so am I

Happy proud Mummy moments xx
