I get a lot of sweats sometimes due to the menopause hot flushes and I can tell the difference.menopause flushes only last a few minutes. I also get cold and clammy at times does anybody else get that as well? Yesterday I was sweaty but chilly and feeling fluey all morning. My temperature was normal but sometimes its low

Hi all I have changed what I wear in bed, such as I have one of those memory foams which I think makes me hot, do I now have an old duvet over it. Also (sorry to any males so don't read the next bit lol) I have always slept in my birthday suit, but I thought I might try one of those little vest you can buy and a pair of comfy nicks, so far no sweats. Don't understand it but it's working at the moment. By the way died Smith I am blood group 0.
