I have been on co-codamol for about 3 years now.

Tramadol I have only been on for a few months.

I have finally been referred to a Rheumatologist to provide me with proper advice which is great. Hopefully I can start getting everything under control.

I know Fibro can't be cured, but as long as I can manage it I will be happy!

What I find with the fog is that it kind of comes and goes. I'm at uni atm, and I struggle with fog a LOT, which makes life here extremely difficult.
Is there someone in work you can talk to about this? Maybe they can help you devise some coping strategies within work?
One thing I do when I'm really struggling is just try and take a break for 10 mins. Do something completely mindless, even if it's just playing a silly game on my phone, and go back to what I'm doing a bit more relaxed. Maybe try that?
Stressing out over fog can make it a lot worse, so it turns into a vicious cycle
I hope you start feeling better soon :) Try not to let it get you down :)

PS try taking your amitryptiline a bit earlier, in the mornings esp it can make you feel quite foggy. If you take it earlier, hopefully the effects will have worn off enough for you to concentrate a bit better by the time you get to work :)
