well it started , i knew id been lucky not to have this. but it started on the tops of my feet even my jeans bottoms hurt , then oh joy its moved up to my arm even laying in bed burned.its so sore .any tips on how to ease this . i have a 9 month old baby and i want to cuddle her with out this nasty feelin.

Hi
You could try using a cold flannel on your skin, that will help to cool you down, or have you a fan you could use?

I get this at nighttime i go to sleep with my fan on as a result even in the winter
